For Sea-Trial requests, Stock Boat requests and Contact Us enquiries, we reserve the right to forward your request to the local authorised RAND Boats dealer for your region, who acts as our exclusive partner servicing requests in that area.
The dealer may contact you directly to answer your request. We may also contact you ourselves to help answer your request.
We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform, to store and manage the data you submit through our forms and to manage our communications with you.
HubSpot processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. As HubSpot stores data on servers that may be located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We may also share data where required by law, or with our professional advisers, such as legal counsel, where necessary.
